PROGRAMMING

ELAKS is capable of developing both standard industrial automation software and customized solutions that meet specific requests for control and supervision systems. Our highly qualified programmers are happy to help you program your PLCs and visualization stations made by SIEMENS and other producers such as Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, ABB.

PROCESS LEVEL – FUNCTIONAL LEVELS OF INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Supervisory control of industrial automation involves servers and personal computers (computer workstations).
It consists mainly of process computers and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
CONTROL LEVEL
This level consists of control elements, microprocessor-based electronic controllers or simply industrial computers that accept the signals from various sensors as well as command signals from human operators.
FIELD LEVEL
It is the lowest level of the automation hierarchy and consists of field devices such as sensors and actuators.

MANUFACTURING

ELAKS possesses in-house manufacturing facilities for producing PLC, RIO, and MCC cabinets, as well as power distribution cabinets with voltage up to 0.4 kV.
We are capable of producing up to 50 control and power distribution cabinets per month. The manufacturing process meets the international standard ISO 9001:2016 TUV Rheinland. At the customer’s request, we can issue CE certificate for our products.

We will implement this along with the plant concept discussed with you – all with short delivery times and excellent quality. Final inspection and acceptance is a matter of course for us. Structure of automatic systems.
An automated system consists of a plant, a controller in the form of an automation computer, and peripheral devices. This environment is equipped with sensors that collect control data and actuators that perform controller commands. Interconnected Fieldbus systems are a further element. They link the individual automation components together with the controller.

Functions of automation technology
Automation systems have a variety of key functions, which include measuring and controlling. Additional system operations include regulating and communicating. The control room - the so-called human-machine interface - is the technical facility from which all processes are monitored.
The individual automation technology subsystems contain several specialised components. Measurements are generally performed with the aid of sensors. They are able to detect and determine the prevailing physical and chemical conditions, such as humidity, pressure and heat. A distinction is made between passive and active sensors. A wide range of such detectors has been specially developed for automated systems.
Digital control of systems in the field of automation is performed using a flexible programmable logic controller (PLC). Control commands are transmitted to the system via actuators, such as motors, valves or magnets. Such systems used to contain permanently wired connection-programmed controllers, in which any changes to the programming necessitated modifying the connections.

Cement industry

The cement industry is one of our major fields where we have 25 years of knowledge and know-how. We develop energy-efficient solutions for draft equipment and pumping machinery at cement works and we design industrial automation products for every single stage of cement production based on Siemens Cemate PCS7 which was specially developed for the cement industry.

Since 2019, ELAKS has experience in the production of electrical equipment in Slovakia under its own brand.

The head office of the company ELAKS, PJSC was founded in 1994 in Ukraine. Designs and builds automation solutions for various industrial processes on the basis of equipment manufactured by world’s leading producers, such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, Phoenix Contact, etc.
